The villa is located just inland from Habaraduwa on the coastal road to Matara, about 20 minutes from the 17th century UNESCO World Heritage site of Galle Fort and just a few minutes from safe swimming beaches at Wijaya and Unawatuna.

Villa Karamoja is situated on a small bluff with great views across Koggala Lake. Recently completed in vernacular style, it is finished to a high standard with many reclaimed architectural features.

The house staff, Prasad and Dimuthu, will welcome you to your home away from home.

The villa offers three double bedrooms (one twin), all ensuite and air-conditioned, with a fully equipped kitchen and sitting room, with plenty of al fresco dining options on the wrap-around veranda or in the terraced gardens.

A beautiful infinity pool and ambalamba complete the options for relaxing in the sun and enjoying the lake views, while a jettyconstructed from reclaimed railway sleepers offers the perfect lakeside spot for a sundowner.
Two bikes are provided for guests who want to explore the local beaches and countryside under their own steam.
