Two-storey house with separate entrances. Located in the nice quiet place, approximately 600-800 meters from the Hikkaduwa beach (3 minutes by tuk-tuk or scooter, a 15-minute walk).
On each floor of the house: 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, two bathrooms with hot water (one of them is connected to bedroom), kitchen, dinning room, living room. On each floor in the kitchen has a fridge, gas cooker, washing machine, rice cooker, pots, and all necessary utensils.
On the second floor in the living room TV with satellite channels, DVD-player, large terrace.
The house can be taken as a whole, and individually each floor.
