To confirm your hotel booking a 15% non refundable deposit is required.
The balance payment is to be paid not less than 28 days prior to your arrival date. Refunds after this date will only be made if we can on sell the room.
For all bookings once we receive the non refundable deposit we will provide you with a booking voucher with the full hotel details giving confirmed dates and full details of the booking.
Cancellations Less than 45 days & No Shows - 100% of the full stay on the basis booked will be charged.
