Awesome place for a big company. It's a full featured guest house in Unawatuna with 8 double rooms. Just imagine to spend a holidays on a big private house, with big terrace bar, where you can make your own party. Small garden and a parking space. Closed area from private holidays. Each room have it's own shower. More of that, you will have a TV and a musical center in one of the room. Some rooms also have hot water. You can cook by yourself in a two separate kitchens.

The price also included a servant who will clean you rooms, and a servant who will prepare you breakfast for additional 120$ per month. He can also prepare you lunch and dinner. You must buy products separately.
