WHITE VILLA (Rent)

White Villa house has two apartments and located on the top of the Unawatuna hill, just 20 minutes walk to the famous Unawatuna Beach and 25 minutes walk to the Jungle beach in Rumasala area.

First floor Apartment #1

Beautifull guest apartment in the first floor with 50 m² (1 bedroom, 1 combined living-bedroom, breakfast bar) with view to the green nature with a separate outdoor sitting area. Generous bathroom has also warm and cold shower. All beds with mosquito net and ceiling fans.

Weekly bed sheet change, two day towel change. Apartment will hand over with necessary table-ware and glass all in cleaned condition. A gas bottle for the gas cooker can be procured against payment. Cost of electricity and wireless Internet connection is contained in the rent. The apartment can be rented also with internal breakfast and half-board (pay separetly, breakfast 3-4$/per person). The laundry can be washed and ironed against payment of fees.

Ground floor Apartment #2

Large guest apartment in the ground floor with 75 m² (2 bedrooms and lounge with American kitchen). Generous bathroom with warm and cold shower. All beds with mosquito net and ceiling fans. Apartment range also with ceiling fans.

Weekly bedsheets change, two-day towel change. Apartment will hand over with necessary table-ware and glass all in cleaned condition. A gas bottle for the 4 bourners stove can be procured against payment. Cost of electricity is contained in the rent. The apartment can be rented also with internal breakfast and half-board (pay separetly, breakfast 3-4$/per person). The laundry can be washed and ironed against payment of fees.
